We get right to it on this one. Make sure you do a warm up first, especially if you're choosing the weight options. 40 seconds ON and 20 seconds OFF, this workout flew by because it was F.U.N. I went for heavier weight and less reps, and deeper muscle work for the legs, glutes, arms, back and core.
