Restorative Yoga (ENG)

Hi Yogis!
Restorative Yoga targets the Nervous System to help you release stress and find deep relaxation. We use many props to support the body, grab cushions, pillows and blankets from around the house!
For this class we will need:
1) a bolster/few cushions to stack together
2) 2 yoga blocks/firm cushions/thick books
3) a blanket to soften the mat
4) Extra pillows to place under the knees
5) an eye pillow/eye cover (even a small towel will do)
6) a blanket to keep your body warm
