Hi yogis,
Stretch & Flow classes are meant to stretch the muscles before or after your work day, bring you out of the mind and into the body, so you can focus on the task ahead, be it work, play or relaxation.
Optional: prepare a blanket, an eye cover, something to place under your knee creases or head, or anything you'd like to have for a sweeter Savasana. If you have sensitive knees, prepare a blanket/thin cushion to soften under the knees.
