NOT SURE WHAT HIIT PILATES IS? A combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates. HITT means performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively work the entire body. The combination of switching from HIIT to Low intensity (more controlled movements from the Pilates repertoire) makes for a dynamic workout that will have you breaking a good sweat and working the body to its maximum potential!

Utilising the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body! Working on mobility and flexibility, will improve your natural range of motion and will remove stiffness all around your body. These classes use your body weight and the “Pilates Magic Ring” which is a small prop made from soft metal that allows it to bend slightly while providing firm resistance. This helps one to condition the body safely and get a toned, lean body faster.

This session aims to deliver a total body workout incorporating the core strength and control of Pilates and the flexibility and dynamics of Yoga. The class is designed to build the strength of muscles without bulk and to give flexibility and mobility to the body.
