Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. It flexes your muscles better than traditional yoga, meaning your body responds faster to the conditions necessary for successful weight loss.
