Our Sunday morning begins with breath flow and the subtle side of you - yin. Slow effortlessly yin melody merging our practice towards yang pace to then descend back to yin which help target the connective tissues. Poses are held for a longer period of time, in a supported way using blocks and bolsters. It's an ahhhhhh to the weekend.
