Description
Flowing gently through the asanas. These flow yoga classes move at a slower pace and are rooted in the idea of intentional movement. Moving at a slower pace enables the body to take deeper breaths and creates space for a deeper mind body connection. Each pose flows into the next to help cultivate a sense of a moving meditation.
This class is suitable for those with some previous yoga practice.
