This is a Modified Fitness Class for Fitness Beginners and Students over 40. Class includes: low/ high impact cardio options; like marching or high knees, modified jacks or jumping jacks, as well as, strength training with dumbbells or body weight, resistance bands, core work, glute work, and leg exercises.
