This class is an introduction to arm balances and inversions. We will spend some time warming up the body and then take our time with modified versions of and the typical version of chaturanga, crow, headstand, and side side crow. We will also take time to trouble shoot any issues and talk about the mindset needed to challenge yourself to get upside down.
