A gentle class that aims to create more space and freedom in the body.
Using somatic movements with awareness – to reorganize our structure and pattern of movement. Focus to reprogram and strengthen the brain-to-muscle connection.
Somatic Yoga helps put you back in touch with your body from the inside out. We start to pay attention to our patterns and address them using gentle movements, so we can regain control and start to access the areas that are holding tension. Movements become easier and more fluid, help to improve your mobility.
The last 10-15mins of the practice, we settle into a super delux Savasana, or we dive into a power of body scan or, guided meditation.
For extra comfort, prepare in your room:
2-3 blankets, cushion, yoga bolster, yoga block, belt and eye pillow.
