Moving through slow flow sequences in Vinyasa style where each movement is synchronised with breath.

Starting with a bit of stretching depending what area of the body we focus on on the day, follow by few Sun Salutations ( modifications given to all levels - where you can take your Vinyasa at your own pace ).

Mixture of core strengthening, standing and balancing asanas ( postures ) to build the heat and strength in the overall body.

45mins of energising yoga to really wake you up and let you to flow and glow.
