This 60-mins class offers a calming practice to help you transition smoothly from the day into a peaceful evening.
We will begin with mindful breathing exercises to center the mind and create inner stillness. Moving through slow, somatic sequences, you’ll experience gentle, intelligent movements that focus on your inner experience, expanding internal awareness as you move. As we progress, you’ll be guided into a series of strengthening Hatha poses to build stability and support in the body, with an emphasis on mindful alignment and softness.
Throughout, we’ll incorporate breathwork to release tension and soothe the nervous system, inviting a deep sense of calm. The class will end with restorative postures that allow your body to fully unwind and release any remaining stress. Supported by wonderful cosy props, you’ll enter a state of deep relaxation, helping you feel nurtured and at ease.
