Take time to gently reconnect with your body, mind, and breath in this deeply Restorative 90-minute Online Immersion.
This class weaves together slow, mindful Somatic movements, calming Restorative poses, and intentional breathwork to create a healing and nurturing experience. By embracing a slower pace, you’ll explore the wisdom of your body, allowing space for release, relaxation, and reconnection to your true self.
Ideal for those starting or returning to yoga, recovering from trauma, or simply needing a practice that prioritises gentleness and healing.
This class is perfect for:
• Those who feel disconnected from their body and seek a gentle path back to self-awareness.
• Individuals navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional fatigue.
• Anyone looking for a slow-paced, supportive practice that emphasises breath and stillness.
Through mindful movement and deep breathing, you’ll create a sense of calm, allowing your body to rest deeply and your energy to flow freely. Supported by props, this practice encourages you to let go, restore balance, and feel truly at home within yourself.
In Restorative, we use many props like: a cushion, a yoga bolster ( or pillow ), 2 blankets, eye covering ( eye pillow ), warms socks, warm clothing ( in winter ). I will confirm via email re: props prior each session.
