This shala is a love letter to all those who wish to gather to practice yoga. We are dedicated to sharing yogic practices from an islander perspective.
Description
Join Nicole and Kaye for this special yearly community offering focused on the harmonious relationship between mantra and movement. This is the 3rd year that our teachers have taught this together.
This year, we dedicate our 90 minute offering to the goddess Radha. Radha is the effulgent deity of divine love and devotion. We will start the class with Mythic Flow led by Nicole and end with mantra meditation led by Kaye.

*Class is 500p standard, 600p resident. Kindly note class passes are not valid for this one class as this is a special co-taught offering with 2 teachers.
