Stretch and Flow Yoga: this class combines mindful breathing with a series of flowing stretching and balance poses to enhance muscle tone, flexibility, balance and focus. Each class will commence with a mindful breathing space while reflecting on a selected bible verse to help transition from the day’s events, calm and focus the mind and invite Jesus to meet with you on your yoga mat. Options will be given throughout the class to modify poses and incorporate the use of props such as blocks, bolsters and straps so the class is accessible to all levels of yoga experience. A calming and centring relaxation and a closing prayer of thanks will complete the practice, leaving you feeling re-energised, refreshed and refocused. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and flexibility.
