General terms of LoStudio

RISK RELEASE POLICY
Client understand there is a possible risk of injury from LoStudio fitness activities. Using any club equipment can include the potential for permanent injury or death. Client KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown and acknowledge that this is an UNSUPERVISED FITNESS STUDIO and I assume all risks associated with it. We STRONGLY advise all members to consult with their General Practitioner before the use and attendance of any club equipment or classes. Client therefore declares that he/she is in a good state of physical condition, health and fitness and that there is no medical reason whatsoever that could be regarded as a restriction upon or an obstruction to Clients attendance of classes. Members are therefore entirely responsible for any risk that may arise as a result of personal health factors. This release shall apply to ALL members of the club without exception, including minors. Client hereby releases, indemnifies, and hold harmless the LoStudio and their respective owners, officers, affiliates, agents, employees, sponsors, advertisers and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct any sponsored event (Releases), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of the releases or otherwise, that may out of or in connection with your use of the equipment or attendance of classes. By registering online and signing up for classes Client agrees he/she has read, understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions as stated in this declaration. I agree to abide by all posted signage and warnings.

24 Hours Cancellation : I understand and agree that each class booked and not cancelled within 12 hours will be charged and deducted by Lo Studio.

Membership Policy: I understand and agree that for every class booked and not cancelled within the 24hrs cancelation period a day will be deducted from the on-going membership plan.

15 Minutes delay: I understand that I can't join a class after the class has been in session for 15 minutes.

Expiring dates: I understand and agree that every class and package of classes have an expiry period from the day of purchase.
