Her devotion to studying yoga came after experiencing the powerful healing effect her physical practice had on her mental and spiritual health. Jennie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience of yoga, both on and off the mat, so that others may discover all that it has to offer.

Join Jennie Wren for a slow flow practice where we move gently, surrendering to gravity as we use our exhalations to sink deeper into long-held asanas.
