Jennie Wren is an avid explorer of both the outer natural world and the inner world of the mind and consciousness. Her devotion to studying yoga came after experiencing the powerful healing effect her physical practice had on her mental and spiritual health. Jennie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience of yoga, both on and off the mat, so that others may discover all that it has to offer.

Description

SURYA with Jennie Wren is a dynamic, uplifting class to start your day with light and vitality!
Class begins with energising and balancing pranayama, followed by an Ashtanga sequence-based practice that will strengthen and invigorate the body whilst paying special attention to safe techniques and breath awareness.
This class is for those wanting an introduction to Ashtanga sequences, with modifications and variations to suit.
