Allan Mollins has a passion for Sound or Gong Baths and he offers these at Love Yoga, currently the 1st Sunday evening of the month. He also is available for Sound Baths at other venues

Description

This Sunday evening session is suitable for absolutely everyone. It’s a deeply relaxing, blissful way to end your weekend and start your week! A chance to lie down for an hour or so and completely let go, allowing sound to reverberate through your whole being and release deeply held tensions completely quietening your mind.
