State of Flow Assisted Stretching workshops- This is a 2 hour relaxed workshop aiming to gently introduce you to the wonderful world of flexibility. This session guides you into the shoes of both the practitioner and the model to allow for an in depth insight into static passive flexibility training back by years of extensive scientific research and literature. The first half of the session you will learn how to use constant angle stretches to stretch your relaxed partner with correct posture and learn to experience the "end feel" of a stretch allowing you to communicate with your partner without words. You will be taken through one full hip flexibility routine that you can take home and share with your loved ones. The second half of the session you will get to fully relax whilst you are stretched out for a full hour whilst acknowledging the experiences of what it feels like to be stretched and guided correctly. This workshop not only levels up your flexibility understanding, but gives you a routine that I use often in practice for muscle recovery, maintenance and pain rehab with clients.
