Kristy Liesegang
Kristy has over four years of teaching experience and advanced training in Power Vinyasa and Yin approaches. I am adept in creating meaningful teaching plans that are based on the core principles of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the philosophy of the Yamas and Niyamas, and the The Path of the Yoga Sutras. Inspired by my Qigong and my Reiki practice, I like to offer unique meditation exercises, breathwork, sound bowl healing and with permission from the students, essential oils and hands-on-assist Savasana into my yoga classes. I am committed to providing clients a balance between strength and flexibility for all levels, as well as encouraging them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self.
Description
Come flow with us as we connect our movement to our breath to build a little warmth and quiet the mind. This is a 60-minute class for all levels with variations offered throughout the practice. Be ready to increase your physical strength and flexibility along with your mental strength and flexibility.
