Description

This is a family class specifically designed for Yogis of all abilities to begin to work on enforcing independence, increasing memory and concentration and learn how to tone, strengthen and stretch the entire body in a fun and engaging way. This class will be limited to 5 students. A caregiver should plan on being present during class for at least the first session.

This 6 week series will begin 10/16 and end 11/20
