I'm Hannelore, a seasoned Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Originally from Germany, I now call the beautiful state of New Hampshire my home. My philosophy revolves around the belief that practicing Yoga allows us to pause, find stillness, and nourish ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In my Yoga and Yoga Therapy classes, students of all levels are welcome. Together, we focus on strengthening, rejuvenating, and relaxing the body, mind, and spirit. Our sessions always begin with centering and deep breathing practices, followed by mindful warm-ups that prioritize back care and joint health. Throughout the class, I provide guidance on modifications or advanced variations based on individual needs.
To conclude our practice, we integrate our newfound energy through a deep relaxation technique like Yoga Nidra/iRest or guided imagery. Additionally, we explore the spiritual and physical dimensions of a Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle, providing you with the opportunity to delve deeper into these aspects.
