The Ashtanga practice consists of a specific and predetermined sequences of postures/ asanas linking breath and movement. In this class you will learn the alignment of your breath with the asanas. You will have different options to do the postures aligned with your body. Ashtanga yoga is a physical practice but you are here to slowly challenge your body and mind to relax in the movements.
RYT200 Yoga Allience Certified Teacher, Twelve years ago in Mallorca, Marit stumbled upon Ashtanga yoga, a discovery that would change her life forever. Having dabbled in various yoga styles in Sweden, Marit, despite not considering herself a particularly physical person, found herself captivated by the daily practice of Ashtanga yoga. This newfound passion surprised not only herself but also her family and friends. Through dedicated practice, Marit unearthed a deeper connection with herself and discovered the power of listening to her inner truth. She learned the importance of nurturing body, mind, and spirit to achieve balance in life. Following her teacher training in Miami, Marit returned to Mallorca and established her own yoga studio. While the practice has always been an internal journey for her, mastering new physical postures has taught Marit that she is capable of achieving more in life than her mind initially believed.

A Creative Vinyasa Style Like No Other!
60 min
Join us for a dynamic and invigorating warm yoga class that combines the fluid movements of flowing yoga with the rhythmic beats of uplifting music. This class is conducted exclusively by certified Inside Flow teachers, ensuring an authentic experience. It is designed to help you connect with your inner flow, cultivate mindfulness, and energize your body and mind.
Experience a dynamic sequence of yoga poses synchronized with uplifting music, focusing on mindful Unity of Movement, Functional Breathing Techniques, rhythm and pace.
Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath with movement and finding your own natural flow.
**Benefits:**
- Enhances flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Promotes mindfulness and stress relief.
- Boosts energy levels and uplifts mood.
- Cultivates a sense of flow and harmony within the body and mind.
This unique way of flowing is different from any other vinyasa or yoga class. We move with the music and embody the energy of the song. That’s why it’s a revolutionary step in vinyasa yoga. A yoga sequence choreographed in perfect harmony with a specific song to help you experience a flow-like state of mind without any resistance. Music is the catalyst that helps yogis unify mind, breath, and movement. Some yogis say that music is a distraction. They argue you should only focus on your breath to be aware of the present moment. But the right music at the right moment can enhance awareness of the present moment. Music is the gateway to your inner soul. It’s universal and holy. Music helps to overcome language barriers and to connect people irrespective of their mother tongue. When you combine music with your movement and breath, the message you want to convey becomes even clearer.
**Simona** has recently become part of the Inside Flow family, having successfully completed the Inside Flow Fundamentals Teacher Training. 🔥Hot Yoga 90 min with Jumpei
27 June 2024 •
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

HYM Certified Instructor .
Description
The 90 min sequence comprises of a set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated studio. In this 90-minute Bikram Yoga class, the 26 postures are held for an extended length of time during each sequence. Maintaining poses requires you to hold your body in stillness, focusing and breathing through the process. This intense focus creates changes in your body while giving you structure around the chaos of your day and developing your strength of mind. Each Posture is Repeated Twice
You will feel the first set of Bikram poses begin to warm your body, helping create alignment in the postures. The second set of poses allows you to go deeper, fully reaping the benefits each pose has to offer. This is when you start seeing your progression from one class practice to the next. 50 Minute Standing Series
The first 50 minutes of the class is when the Standing Series of postures are completed. The Standing Series elevates your heart rate, metabolic rate and core temperature to an ideal level for healing and physiological and mental changes to occur.
40 Minute Floor Series
The Final 40 minutes of the class consists of the Floor Series. The Floor Series allows your body to continue its healing process in the heated room because our core temperature will remain the same. During the Floor Series, your body and mind will also begin to relax and release any built up tension as your heart and metabolic rate begin to lower. A short rest period (Savasana) Savasana is just as important as each posture, giving your body a release from the previous pose and readying your mind for what’s next. Savanna allows you to recover, gain extra oxygen and move with energy in your body. Attending a HotYoga class at least twice a week keeps even the most experience practitioners in peak performance.
While it might seem convenient to attend a shorter class, our beginners find it most useful to attend the 90-minute classes while they learn the sequence. The 90-minute class allows time for the instructors to give full guidance and walk around gently correcting alignment to help you perfect your practice. Beginners certainly find this useful, but lack of focus and attention to detail can affect us all.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, therefore if you have any queries you'd like to discuss beforehand your yoga teacher will be available for your assistance.

- Yin Yoga
- Mindfulness
- Teen & Kids Yoga
- Reiki Level 1-2

She is constantly expanding her knowledge to integrate new techniques into her classes. Claudia also leverages her extensive dancing and sports background to train sports professionals through yoga.
