Dawn studied at the first organized school of yoga in the world, The Yoga Institute and has been teaching for almost 27 years. She believes that unlearning conditioning is important along side of learning and reclaiming a deep sense of self trust.

Description
the class will begin with a dropping in time. This is time to transition from hustle or working into slowing down and resting. Then, we will move through a few simple slow fluid practices that are aimed to get us feeling like we are in our bodies in a way that feels nice. After that, we will wind down into deeply restorative practices and final relaxation.
