A lovely way to combine your lunch-time with a sweat, stretch and some relaxing at the end of class.
Pilates is a form of movement that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. At Movements we have a variety of props that will be used in each unique class, including ankle and wrist weights, balls, rings, straps and blocks. You'll feel the burn as you move to the upbeat music!
