About Mysore Yoga Philadelphia

What makes Mysore-style Ashtanga different from a typical vinyasa class? Mastery through repetition. Each time you step on the mat, you’ll work through the same sequence, turning it into a grounding ritual and a reliable tool for self-regulation.

Mysore Yoga Philly is hosted by Uprising ACM on Passyunk Ave, but students enter through the BACK ENTRANCE on Iseminger Street.

We do not offer classes on Moondays (full and new moons). Our schedule simply omits classes on those days, but we post reminders in our Instagram stories and newsletter. You can also grab a free fridge magnet at the studio with the full list of Moondays for the year!
