A little bit of info about me: I have been practising yoga since 2002 years and teaching since 2004. I originally practised and taught ashtanga yoga. Since about 2014 I started moving away from this practice. I found it wasn't serving me as well as it had. I moved into a more strength based vinyasa practice and also discovered the joy of strength training. My classes are now vinyasa flow with an emphasis on strength but also an emphasis on breath. My pranayama practice is a key part of my daily routine and I love to share that with others.
