Description
The aim of this course is to help you feel reconnected to your practice and also help you to develop it. I am hearing from a lot of students that they are either feeling disconnected from their practice and finding it hard to get back on the mat. Or that they feel they have plateaued in their practice, that there is no progress.
This course is aimed to help you progress in your practice. We will be working on some advanced poses in class, so this course is for students with an established practice only.
Each month/each course we focus on a particular series of poses or theme.
For May we are focusing on hips and hamstrings: strengthening and opening.
