On Tuesday evenings we move into a  yoga practice to warm us up, then transition into our strength training.  This can be done with or without weights. Each week we will be practising  about 6 different strength moves. Doing 3 sets of the same movements to build strength, endurance and increase cardio health. We will also do some specific core work. To wind down after this we will hold passive yoga stretches to stretch what we have worked and cool down.
