A strength-building yoga practice. This class focuses on the lower body, starting by releasing the joints and then moving through standing postures to build strength in the legs. Students are encouraged to engage their core muscles and listen to their bodies, breath, and rest when they need it. The class works with a few balances and includes vinyasas; all postures are taken standing. The class cool-down stretches out the glutes and calves using the wall to support.
