A Restful Approach to Strength (Pregnancy & Postnatal)

A grounded, slower-paced practice for both pregnant and non-pregnant students. This class focuses on small strengthening movements into the legs and arms without weight-bearing into these areas. The practice has a restful approach, with postures staying low to the ground. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and adjust the practice to suit them.
