About NowYoga

NowYoga is a unique space blending art and yoga. Our character studio is flooded with natural light and surrounded by visual delights to help you escape into another world. Your mind, body and soul will be treated to a practice that is soothing and uplifting.

At NowYoga we believe in being in the moment, and moving in the moment. I know for me, some days my body is thirsty for a juicy workout and other days it's very content with an indulgent yin practice and an extra long shavasana. These days I listen to my body. NowYoga will give you the tonic you deserve.
