I fell in love with yoga in 2014. I initially signed up to the local gym class to try soothing a back injury caused by many years of ballet. I benefited from the practice right away and from that first class, I never gave up my practice. Since that day my body, mind and soul have been on a wonderful journey that gets deeper and even more beautiful every day.
During the years I have been really lucky to study with different teachers and experience different styles while traveling around the world. I practice (most important of all) and teach Ashtanga, Nidra, Restorative, Vinyasa and Hatha. I hold a 400hr YA and 200hr RYT certificates.
Yoga has changed my life. It makes grateful every day for myself and the world around me. I am deeply in love with this practice and I want to share my profound passion for it to everyone, so that they can benefit from it too.

Description
A delicious mindful practice that will take you through asanas that allow the body to rest and restore. After a gentle practice you will be taken on a 15 mins guided meditation. A wonderful way to take you into the weekend and end your week feeling grounded.
