I fell in love with yoga in 2014. I initially signed up to the local gym class to try soothing a back injury caused by many years of ballet. I benefited from the practice right away and from that first class, I never gave up my practice. Since that day my body, mind and soul have been on a wonderful journey that gets deeper and even more beautiful every day. During the years I have been really lucky to study with different teachers and experience different styles while traveling around the world. I practice (most important of all) and teach Ashtanga, Nidra, Restorative, Vinyasa and Hatha. I hold a 400hr YA and 200hr RYT certificates. Yoga has changed my life. It makes grateful every day for myself and the world around me. I am deeply in love with this practice and I want to share my profound passion for it to everyone, so that they can benefit from it too. Practice, practice and all is coming.

Description

With winter creeping in, we tend to move less, which stagnates our lymphatic system. In return, this makes us more prone to catch bugs, as the lymphatic system is part of our immune system and protects us against diseases. Expect some nice twists, side bends, forward and back bends (as well as good amount of shaking) to support our lymph to run smoothly.
