What will the workshop include?
- Shake The Dust:
Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the bodyheartmind.
Through a guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice, we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement.
With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive moment (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics and bodyweight training, not to mention a carefully curated playlist, this practice is designed for anyone.
We will then dive into delightful 60min Embodied Yin™ practice.
- Embodied Yin™ is where the mystical permeates the mundane. It invites us to explore our multidimensional capacities for listening and sensing with the whole body-mind.
Embodied Yin Yoga is a gentle, integrative practice that creates a sacred space where time expands and slows down, allowing you to find your deepest sense of self. This approach combines a unique blend of yin poses, guided imagery, experiential anatomy, movement meditation, five elements of Chinese medicine, breathwork, mantra and mind-body medicine practices.
