The dates for this course are15th and 22nd of May, a one week break for bank holiday on the 29th of May and then the last two weeks of the course are on the 5th and 12th of June.

Baby yoga is a centuries old tradition that provides both mother and baby with significant and undisputed benefits.
Baby Yoga is an interactive routine performed with baby and care giver. Parents helps the baby into carefully developed movements that work well for baby’s tender body, the movements include gentile stretching of the limbs and practice correct breathing by encouraging babies to imitate parents breathing pattern and gentle stretching to help improve parents muscle tone, pelvic floor and fitness.

If you are looking for an excellent way to improve yours and baby’s health, development, Speech, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, immune system and teach breathing to be calm, strengthen bonding, then yoga will be for you and your baby.

Classes run for 4 weeks, sessions have been developed as a comprehensive fun clear consistent and easy to follow gentle moves for mum and baby, classes have a relaxation part at the end of the yoga session, followed by story and song.

Lots of gentle music, songs and bubbles in each session. Cake and drinks, time to chat and make friends, all equipment provided all you need to bring is yourself and baby. This class is taught by Claire Harvey, baby yoga, baby massage and pregnancy yoga expert.
