Mindfulness Meditation and mindfulness in everyday life.

Sessions on Sunday mornings are an ongoing opportunity for participants to practice mindfulness meditation and to learn how to develop a mindful approach to everyday activities on a regular basis.

These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and people completely new to mindfulness are very welcome. Sessions will run most weeks with some gaps when other regular monthly sessions are using the space

Expect an opportunity for a relaxed, informal and supportive hour with some meditation, chat, poems and stories.
