Description
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.

Each woman is different, every birth is different but whatever your plan, or your experience, the more you know your body, the more you can trust and relax when the day comes.
What to expect: All of the Yoga classes begin with a warm-up session to stretch your back, arms and legs. After that, postures will help to boost your strength and endurance. As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes usually end with a relaxation or guided hypnobirthing mediation session to help you to wind down and feel refreshed.
This class is taught by Claire Harvey, baby yoga, baby massage and pregnancy yoga expert.
