Friday, November 15 •
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Nurture Saddleworth .
Description
Yin and Pin is a combination of three powerful forms of healing modalities – Yin Yoga,
Acupuncture and Sound Healing.
This yin and pins practice will focus on the metal element. In Chinese Medicine, the metal element is associated with connection and qualities of holding on and letting go.
At this time of year working with the five elements in this way, in particularly, the metal element is perfect as it is the time of year for increasing your yin energies, a time to wind down and to get your storehouse ready to see you through the winter.
After being led through a restorative yin practice, participants will be treated to a carefully curated acupuncture treatment designed to work with the metal element, boosting the immune system and building up the body before winding down for the winter. As the acupuncture works it’s magic you will be guided in a sound healing practice, using crystal sound bowels to alchemise your healing. Following the session, you will be provided with a number of journal prompts to enable you to continue to work
with this element.
