In this mindful yoga practice, we move between motion and rest with an emphasis on the breath and releasing effortlessly into gentle yoga forms. Suitable for everyone, this class attends to the nervous system, and aims to leave you calm and clear for the week ahead.

This class is taught with an embodied. somatic approach to yoga forms.

Yin Yoga works by releasing tension from the connective tissues. Sometimes this tension has been held in the body for prolonged periods of time causing energy blockages, stiffness and restricted movement of the body and the breath. Yin postures can help to alleviate pressure from deep in the joints, improve circulation, balance emotions and regulate the nervous system. The benefits are enhanced when practiced alongside a sound bath.

In these classes, we will flow fluidly from one pose to the next repeating creative sequences as a movement meditation.
Suitable for everyone, these classes will leave you feeling relaxed yet energised.

This class will be taught in the Embodied Vinyasa tradition by Sophie Fitton, co-founder of Nurture.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.

Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.
