This yoga class is for anyone to join and enjoy completely free of charge. A thankyou to our wonderful community. No payment needed just come and enjoy a heavenly Sunday morning at the studio.

In this mindful yoga practice, we move between motion and rest with an emphasis on the breath and releasing effortlessly into gentle yoga forms. Suitable for everyone, this class attends to the nervous system, and aims to leave you calm and clear for the week ahead.

This class is taught with an embodied. somatic approach to yoga forms.

Mindfully connect to nature and create a unique incense holder out of clay.

In this workshop, we will mindfully connect to the local natural landscape through; a walk in nature, guided meditation, and gathering natural materials. Emily will then guide you through creating your own, unique incense holder out of clay, teaching you hand-building and decoration techniques to do so. After the workshop, your pieces will be fired and glazed in a colour of your choice and returned to you at your convenience.

This workshop is beginner friendly and you need no prior experience of working with clay to attend, Emily will guide and support you throughout the workshop to ensure you have a finished piece you are happy with.

Emily Seville is Manchester based visual artist and meditation practitioner specialising in hand-built sculptural ceramics and watercolour painting. As both a practitioner and facilitator, her focus is on the connection between nature and wellbeing. Through her practice and workshops, she employs a meditative, slow-making process and encourages an intuitive approach to making. Suitable for everyone, these classes will leave you feeling relaxed yet energised.

This class will be taught in the Embodied Vinyasa tradition by Sophie Fitton, co-founder of Nurture.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.

Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.

Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

This class is part of a 4 week course but there are a limited amount of places for a drop in class each week that you are welcome to join.
This 4 week course is for complete newcomers to yoga or those who would like to go back to basics. It will help you build a strong foundation and will inspire you to explore yoga in all its forms. Suitable for everyone.
