Mindfully connect with your dog!
This event is a chance to connect with your dog on a calm and deep level. Take some time out of your busy life and just be with your dog.
-Guided Meditation and Conscious Connection
-Massage- explore a light, yet very effective massage technique you can continue to use at home, to give you both joy
-Essential oils- let your dog choose from a range of high quality, dog safe oils (their noses are so much more sensitive than ours!)
-Journaling- appreciation and future mapping
-Qigong- this is for you! Release tension and allow your energy to flow and nourish your body
-Smoothie to share- we finish with a freshly made, healthy smoothie, that you can share with your dog (and take the recipe home, so you can continue your own smoothie journey with your dog)
Come and join us for this peaceful and deep soul connection with your dog.
This workshop is suitable for dogs that are comfortable around other dogs. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, or finds it very difficult to settle, they will not enjoy this class. However, you are welcome to join without your dog- you’ll have plenty of new knowledge to take home and try with your dog in an environment that is more calming for them.
Not all dogs want to play! Please be mindful of the other dogs, and keep your dog under control. If your dog is showing any signs of illness on the day, please keep them at home.
Remember that you are responsible for your dog.
You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival.
*Strictly one dog per person (£5 extra if two people wish to attend with one dog)*
Please bring:
~Collar or harness and lead for your dog
~Water bowl
~Your own yoga mat or a cushion for you and a dog bed for your dog (we have chairs if you would like one)
Please make sure your dog has had a toilet break before the start of the class.
