This research-based psychology event, will provide you with useful information, exercises and strategies from the world of psychological therapy that anyone can benefit from.
You will learn ways to feel better through a carefully curated selection of teachings, tips and techniques from a range of psychological approaches including CBT, Compassion-focused Therapy and neuropsychology.

Who’s Leading Your Workshop?
Elizabeth has been practicing therapy for 15 years and has worked in many different clinical areas including; the NHS, an eating disorders team, Greater Manchester Police and in private practice.
She is also an experienced lecturer and course lead and spent several years running a CBT Master’s programme at The University of Cumbria.
Passionate about psychotherapy, she loves learning about new research, sharing those ideas and seeing their real-life impacts. Enthusiasm shines through in her teaching style, her warmth and visual language makes the content accessible, engaging and valuable to anyone.
