For over 20 years Tamara has been focused on mind-body connection. As a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist she used imagery and breath to help clients visualize the changes in their bodies promoting more effective outcomes.
When chronic pain from autoimmune disorders brought the end of her career as a massage therapist she began to study somatic therapies. Now Tamara is ready to help you use the mind-body-spirit connection to help alleviate pain and embody your whole self to live your best life.
Description
Join me as we combine three pillars of change shown to disrupt habitual patterning that keeps us feeling stuck in our minds, body, and spirit. Neuroscience has proven that we can heal deeply through breathwork, somatic movement (like yoga, tai chi, qigong, and dance), and creative outlets (writing, sculpting, drawing, and more). Intention is everything as we use this hour to connect deeply to ourselves and one another for healing and change. Be prepared to surprise yourself as no two classes will be the same.
