I am 62 years old and I have retired after 35 years of teaching special education with students with emotional disabilities and severe behavioral issues. I have used guided mediation and relaxation in the classroom to help students learn to manage and control their emotions. I am now at a point in my life where I am on my own spiritual journey, living within my peace, and finding all my joy!
