DeAnna (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a co-owner and instructor at One Soul who initially began her yoga training to deepen her own personal practice and soon found a love of leading others through their yoga journey. Her belief is that everyone can benefit from yoga both mentally and physically. DeAnna likes teaching a slower paced class that emphasizes mind/body awareness, breathing and deep stretching. She loves to learn and is constantly broadening her yogic knowledge to share with others. She has a special interest in the chakra system, sound healing and meditation. She holds practitioner certification in Sound Healing as well as 200-hour Kundalini, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga.

Embark on an exciting journey with One Soul Yoga’s comprehensive 300 Hour YTT program. If you are currently certified in yoga and looking to deepen your practice and teaching, this meeting is your gateway to our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.
Our 300 hour program is designed to help you further your skills and knowledge as a yoga teacher and is perfect for certified and experienced teachers looking to refine their skills and deepen their understanding. During our information meeting we will go over what advanced topics we will cover, including specialized techniques, advanced sequencing, and advanced philosophy and you will have the chance to ask questions about the program.
You do not have to attend this meeting to enroll in our programs but if you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our 300 hour is scheduled to start in 2025!
