Description

For kids Grade 1-4.
This program offers a safe and enjoyable environment for children to become familiar with the importance of self-discovery, self-talk, self-love, and self-esteem before they reach an age where therapy sessions may be necessary to help them connect with their inner selves rather than yield to external pressures. Physical well-being is fostered through Yoga sessions, while mental well-being is nurtured through mindfulness art activities and circle discussions.
