About Yoga with Paula

Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Acu Yin, Trauma Informed as well as Inclusive Yoga - my passion lies in teaching slower paced practices with focus on regulating the nervous system.

My aim as a teacher is to make you feel more aware of your body, respond to the needs of it rather than achieve the aesthetic of poses. In my teachings I take inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine, breath work as well as elements of Zen Buddhism and Taoism. Through practice I would like for you to feel empowered to connect to a softer version of strength. To learn that sometimes less means more and that REST is just as important as movement and can be the most productive act of kidness towards your physical as well as mental wellbeing.
