Description
Permission to Rest is a concept that was born out of my own tiredness. It's time for conscious rest and a slower pace. Inviting softness and space to unwind, release tension from the body and create more space in the mind. These sessions combine practices such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness.
During this session you will explore stillness and rest. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks poses will be held a little longer to allow a sense of relaxation. Various breathing techniques will help to regulate your nervous system.
Allowing your body to feel fully supported and giving your mind a chance to slow down I want you to notice the benefits of a regular rest practice.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, feeling overwhelmed, stressed or tired and in need of some deep rest - this class is for you!
